1.Government after careful consideration of the recommendations of Review Screening Committee, Sri Y.D.Raj Kumar, Assistant Director, is notionally promoted to the post of District Educational Officer / Deputy Director of School Education under Category 1 of Class II of A.P. Educational Service Rules in the scale of pay of Rs.46060-1270-49870-1360-53950- 1460-58330-1560-63010-1660-67990-1760-73270-1880-78910-2020- 84970-2160- 91450-2330-98440 in the Revised Pay Scales, 2015, on par with his immediate junior, Smt.G.Vijaya Lakshmi, who was promoted as Deputy Director in the Panel year 2016-2017.
2.On promotion, Sri Y.D.Raj Kumar is posted as Deputy Director (Planning), O/o. Director of School Education, A.P.
3.The promotion ordered in para 1 above is purely on temporary basis and the incumbent is liable to be reverted at any point of time without any notice and assigning reasons therefor.
4.The promotion is subject to outcome of Court Cases, if any, pending before the Hon'ble High Court of A.P./Supreme Court of India.
5.Sri Y.D.Raj Kumar should join in the new post within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order, failing which he shall automatically forfeit his right for promotion, as per the existing rules in force.
6.The Director of School Education, A.P. shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly.
