AP Go-Number.37 Sanction of Provisional Pension Accorded for School Education

1.In the circumstances reported in the reference read above, and after careful consideration of the matter, under Rule 52(1) (a) of AP. Revised Pension Rules 1980, Government hereby accord permission for payment of provisional pension @ 75% of normal pension entitlement to Sri G. Subramanyam, Assistant Director (Rtd), Adult Education, Ananthapur District w.e.f.1.8.2020 pending finalization of criminal case pending against him.

2.The Director of Adult Education, AP, Vijayawada shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly.
