1.In the circumstances stated by the State Project Director, A.P. Samagra Shiksha vide reference 3rd read above and after careful consideration of the matter, Government hereby post Sri Manne Caleb, Additional Director (SW) and Secretary LIDCAP as Additional State Project Director, O/o State Project Director, A.P. Samagra Shiksha on deputation basis, initially for a period of one year under foreign service terms and conditions from the date of taking charge of the post, in terms and conditions laid down vide G.O. 1st read above.

2.The State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha, A.P., who is the borrowing authority shall pay salary and pension contribution to the Parent Department of the above officer who is under deputation, as per the orders issued in G.O. 2nd read above, as Samagra Shiksha is getting more than 50% grant from the Government of India funds.

3.The State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha / the Social Welfare (Ser) Department shall take further necessary action in the matter accordingly, and intimate the date of relieving and joining of the officer to the Government.
