1.In the circumstances stated by the D.S.E., A.P., vide Lr. 3rd read above and Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord sanction in respect of Smt. U.Uma Maheswari, SGT, MPUPS, Peddoddi (V), Gooty Mandal, Ananthapur District for an amount of Rs.90,000/- (Rupees Ninety Thousand only) as net admissible amount (i.e. after imposing 10% cut on admissible amount of Rs.1,00,000/-) towards reimbursement of medical expenditure incurred for obtaining treatment for her daughter for "PRETERM / LBW" during the period from 24.12.2018 to 09.01.2019 at Gunasheela Surgical & Maternity Hospital, Bangalore, which is an un - recognized private hospital outside the State, in relaxation of A.P.I.MA. Rules, 1972.
2.The expenditure sanctioned in para-1 above shall be debited to the relevant Head of Account.
3.The D.S.E., A.P., shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly. The medical bills in original are returned herewith.
4.This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (FMU.HM&FW) Department vide their U.O.No.FMU0PC(HMF2)/267/2020, dated 11.11..2020 with Computer No. 1265606.
