1.In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of School Education, A.P., in the reference 4th read above, the Government after examination of the matter, hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs.48,776/- (Rupees Forty Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy Six only) to Sri Durgi Umapathi, Head Master, ZPHS(U),14 Kandiga, Yadamari Mandal, Chittoor District towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred for his wife treatment for "Symptomatic Hyponatremia-Secondary to Adrenal Insufficiency Partial Empty Sella Syndrome " during the period from 23.04.2018 to 25.04.2018 at Narayana Hrudayalaya Hospital, Bommasandra Industrial Area Hosur Road, Bengaluru, in relaxation of APIMA Rules, 1972.
2.The expenditure sanctioned in para-1 above shall be debited to the relevant Head of Account.
3.The Director of School Education, A.P., Ibrahimpatnam shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly. The original bills are returned herewith.
