1.In the circumstances reported by the Secretary, Board of Intermediate Education, AP, vide letter read above, the Government, after examining the matter, hereby by accord permission to the Management of Boda Prasad Rural Development and Educational Society, Pamur, Prakasam District, for establishment of new Private Unaided Junior College in the name of "Sadhana Junior College for Girls" at Chilakapadu, Nutchupoda (Panchayat), Gopalapuram, Pamur(Mandal), Prakasam District from the academic year 2020-21, under Rule 3(I) of G.O.Ms.No.114, Higher Education (CE.III-2) Department, dated:09-08-2000 read with G.O.Ms.No.47, Higher Education (IE.II) Department, dated:26-4-2006, subject to fulfill all terms and conditions as stipulated by the Government, Board of Intermediate Education, and other local authorities concerned including Fire Safety measures from time to time.
2.The Secretary, Board of Intermediate Education, A.P., shall take necessary further action in the matter, accordingly.
