1.In the circumstances reported by the Secretary, Board of Intermediate Education, AP, Vijayawada in the references 1st & 2nd read above, Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby by accord permission to the Management of Sri Duvvada Narayana Educational Society, Tekkali, Srikakulam District, for establishment of new Private Unaided Junior College in the name of "Sri Veda Junior College" at Sy.No.239-6, Palameswara Temble Road, Santhabommali (V&M), Srikakulam District from the academic year 2020-21, under Rule 3(I) of G.O.Ms.No.114, Higher Education(CE.III-2) Dept., dated:09-08-2000 read with G.O.Ms.No.47, Higher Education(IE.II) Dept, dated:26-4-2006, subject to fulfill all terms and conditions as stipulated by the Government, Board of Intermediate Education and other local authorities concerned including Fire Safety measures from time to time.
2.The Secretary, Board of Intermediate Education, AP, Vijayawada shall take necessary further action in the matter, accordingly.
