1.In the circumstances reported by the Director of Government Examinations, Andhra Pradesh, in the letters 2nd read above and in exercise of the powers delegated in the Cir. Memo. 3rd read above, Government hereby accord sanction for reimbursement of Rs.1,37,605/- (Rupees one lakh thirty seven thousand six hundred and five only) to Sri Y.Satyanarayana Naidu, Asst. Commissioner (Retd.), O/o. D.E.O., Srikakulam, towards his treatment for "Adenocarcinoma of Lung" at Apollo Cancer Institute, Un-recognized Private Hospital, Chennai, during the period from 3/3/2018 to 30/4/2018, in relaxation of A.P.I.M.A. Rules, 1972.
2.The expenditure sanctioned in Para 1 above shall be debited to the relevant head of account.
3.The Director of Government Examinations, A.P., Vijayawada shall take necessary action in the matter.
4.This order is issued with the concurrence of Finance (FMU-HM&FW) Department vide their U.O.No.FMU0PC(HMF1)/265/FMU.HM&FW/2020, Dated: 21.10.2020, Computer No.1252529.
