1.Whereas an inquiry under rule 20 of the APCS (CCA) Rules, 1991 is being held against (1) Dr. A. Suryanarayana Reddy, former PO, Rajiv Vidya Mission (Sarva Siksha Abhiyan), Kadapa now Reader in Physics, S.V. Degree College, Kadapa, (2) Sri C. Tulasidhar, formerly ALS Co-Ordinator, now working as School Assistant, MPUP School, Veldurthy, V.N. Palli (M), YSR Kadapa Dist, and (3) Sri J. Nelson Ravi Sekhar, Sr. Asst., Rajiv Vidya Mission (Sarva Siksha Abhiyan), now Rtd.
2.And whereas, Sri R.P. Sisodia, IAS, Commissioner of Inquiries was appointed as Inquiring Authority to inquire into the charges against the above said Govt. servants, vide ref. 1st read above.
3.And whereas, the General Administration (COI-R) Department vide ref. 2nd read above has reassigned the case from Sri R.P. Sisodia, IAS, COI to Sri K. Venkata Rami Reddy, Member, COI, GAD and requested to issue necessary orders.
4.Now, therefore, the Government in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) read with sub rule 22 of rule 20 of APCS (CCA) Rules,1991, hereby appoint Sri K. Venkata Rami Reddy, Member, COI, GAD to inquire into the charges framed against the above said Govt. servants, in place of Sri R.P. Sisodia, IAS, COI, GAD.
