1.In the circumstances stated by the D.S.E., A.P., vide Lr. 3rd read above, and keeping in view the recommendation made by the Standing Committee of the Officers as conveyed by the Genl. Admn. (AR) Dept, vide U.O.Note 4th read above, the Govt., after examining the matter, hereby accord sanction in r/o Sri P.Lakshmi Narayana, S.A, Z.P.H.S., Valicherla, H.M.Padu Mandal, Prakasam District, for an amount of Rs.1,80,000/- (Rupees One Lakh and Eight Thousand only) as net admissible amount (i.e. after imposing 10% cut on admissible amount of Rs.2,00,000/-) towards reimbursement of medical expenditrue incurred for obtaining treatment to his father for " Metastatic Neuro Endocrine Tumor" during the period from 04-02-2015 to 03-08-2017 at Global Hospitals & Health City, Chennai, which is an un - recognized private hospital outside the State, in relaxation of A.P.I.MA. Rules, 1972.
2.The expenditure sanctioned in para-1 above shall be debited to the relevant Head of Account.
3.The D.S.E., A.P., shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly. The bills in original received in Govt. Through the Lr.3rd read above are returned herewith.
4.This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (FMU.HM&FW) Department vide their U.O.No. FIN01-FMU0PC(HMF2)/11/2020, dated 18.03.2020 with Computer No.1081149.
