1.In the circumstances stated by the D.S.E., A.P., vide Lr. 3rd read above, and keeping in view the recommendation made by the Standing Committee of the Officers as conveyed by the Genl. Admn. (AR) Dept, vide U.O.Note 4th read above, the Govt., after examining the matter, hereby accord sanction in respect of Sri Agaram Venkatesulu, SA, ZPHS, Seetharampuram (V), Vadamalapet (M), Chittoor District for an amount of Rs.1,80,000/- (Rupees one lakh and eighty thousand only) as net admissible amount (after imposing 10% cut on the admissible amount of Rs.2,00,000/-) towards obtaining treatment for "LT TRIGEMINAL NEURALGIA" during the period from 26-04-2018 to 30- 04-2018 at Brains Neuro Spine Centre Sparsh Hospital, Bangalore, which is an un - recognized private hospital, outside the State, in relaxation of A.P.I.M.A. Rules, 1972.
2.The expenditure sanctioned in para-1 above shall be debited to the relevant Head of Account.
3.The D.S.E., A.P., shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly. The original medical bills are returned herewith.
4.This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (FMU.HM&FW) Department vide their U.O.No.FMU0PC(HMF1)/120/FMU.HM&FW/2020, dated 07.05.2020 with Computer No.1141636.
