1.In the circumstances stated by the D.S.E., A.P., vide Lr. 3rd read above and keeping in view the recommendation made by the Standing Committee of the Officers as conveyed by the Genl. Admn. (AR) Dept, vide U.O.Note 4th read above, the Govt., after examining the matter, hereby accord sanction in respect of Smt G.V.Swarnalatha, SGT, MPPS, Kukkalapalli(V), Yadamari Mandal, Chittoor District for an amount of Rs.1,21,702/- (Rupees one lakh twenty one thousand seven hundred and two only) (i.e. after imposing 10% cut on admissible amount of Rs.1,35,225/-) towards reimbursement of medical expenditure incurred for obtaining treatment for "IHD ACS UA CAG DVD" during the period from 31.03.2019 to 02.04.2019 at Apollo Hospital, Bangalore, which is an un - recognized private hospital outside the State, in relaxation of A.P.I.M.A. Rules, 1972.
2.The expenditure sanctioned in para-1 above shall be debited to the relevant Head of Account.
3.The D.S.E., A.P., shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly. The medical bills in original are returned herewith.
4.This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (FMU.HM&FW) Department vide their U.O.No.FMU0PC(HMF2)/115/2020, dated 18.05.2020 with Computer No.1145612.
