1.In the reference 1st read above, the Director of School Education has requested to release BRO/Administrative sanction order for an amount of Rs.365.75 crores under the State Development scheme for the FY 2020-2021 to incur the expenditure for procurement of components under "Jagananna Vidya Kanuka".
2.In the reference 2nd read above, Finance Dept. have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.365,75,00,000/- (Rupees Three Hundred sixty five crores seventy five lakhs only) as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the CFY 2020-2021 for procurement and supply of student kits under " Jagananna Vidya Kanuka" for the academic year 2020-2021.
3.In pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance Department, Government hereby accorded administrative sanction to the Director of School Education, A.P. for an amount Rs.365,75,00,000/- (Rupees Three Hundred sixty five crore seventy five lakhs only) as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the CFY 2020-2021 for procurement and supply of student kits under "Jagananna Vidya Kanuka" for the academic year 2020-2021 under the following head of accounts:
