1.In the circumstances reported by the Special Commissioner of Intermediate Education, A.P., Guntur vide his letter 3rd read above, Government, after careful consideration of the matter, hereby order for the transfer of Sri G.Prabhakara Rao, Principal, Govt. Junior College, Rajavommangi, East Godavari District to Govt. Junior College, Pentapadu, West Godavari District, in the existing vacancy on spouse grounds, in relaxation of ban orders on transfer of employees imposed by the Government vide G.O. 2nd read above.
2.The individual is not eligible for drawl of T.T.A./D.A/Joining Time etc., since the transfer is ordered at his own request.
3.The Special Commissioner of Intermediate Education, A.P., Guntur shall take further necessary action in the matter, accordingly.
4.This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance (HR.I-Plg.& Policy)Department vide their U.O.No.HROPDPP(TRPO)/362/2020, Dated: 05-10-2020 in Computer No.1246754.
