AP Go-Number.188 Relaxation of ban on Transfers of Employees For School Education

1.In the circumstances reported by the Special Commissioner of Intermediate Education, Guntur A.P., vide Letter 3rd read above, Government, after examining the matter, hereby order to effect the transfer of Smt. M. Krishna Veni, Principal, Govt. Junior College, Santhakaviti, Srikakulam District to Govt. Junior College for Girls, Srikakulam, Srikakulam District, in the clear vacancy, in relaxation of ban on transfer of employees imposed by the Government vide G.O.2nd read above.

2.The individual is not eligible for drawl of T.T.A. / D.A. / Joining Time etc., since the transfer is ordered at her request.

3.The Special Commissioner of Intermediate Education, A.P., Guntur shall take necessary further action in the matter, accordingly.

4.This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance (HR.IPlg.& Policy) Department vide their U.O.No. HROPDPP(TRPO) / 268/2020 (Computer No.1229966), Dated:15.09.2020.
