1.In the reference 1st read above, the Director, Mid Day Meals & School Sanitation, AP., has requested to revalidate the unspent/lapsed amount of Rs.15313.60 lakhs (Rs.2688.26 Lakhs to Classes 1st to 8th (60:40 Share) and Rs.12625.34 Lakhs to 9th and 10th Classes ( 100% State Share) in order to clear the pending bills upto March, 2020 under all components for better implementation of the Jagananna Gorumudda (MDM) scheme for the year 2020-21.
2.In the G.O. 2nd read above, Government in Finance Department have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.26,88,26,000/- (Rupees Twenty Six Crore Eighty Eight Lakh Twenty Six Thousands only) from the BE provision 2020-21 towards meeting the expenditure for clearance of pending bills upto March, 2020 under all components for better implementation of the Jagananna Gorumudda (MDM) scheme for the year 2020-21.
3.In pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance (FMU.SE) Department vide G.O. 2nd read above, Government hereby accorded administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.26,88,26,000/- (Rupees Twenty Six Crore Eighty Eight Lakh Twenty Six Thousands only) from the BE provision 2020-21 towards meeting the expenditure for clearance of pending bills upto March, 2020 under all components for better implementation of the Jagananna Gorumudda (MDM) scheme for the year 2020-21.
4.The amount sanctioned in para (3) above shall be debited to the Head of Accounts as mentioned in Budget Release Order in the reference 2nd read above.
