1.Sri Kallol Biswas, IFS., Joint Secretary to Government, Higher Education Department, in his application 1st read above, has requested for sanction of medical reimbursement claim of Rs.54,698/- (Rupees Fifty Four Thousand Six Hundred and Ninety Eight Rupees only) towards his father treatment.
2.The Chief Executive Officer of the Dr. YSR Aarogyasri Health Care Trust, Guntur vide Letter No.APMR00022495/20/Dr.YSR AHCT/EHS/MR/2020, dated.01-12-2020 after scrutinizing the bills recommended an amount of Rs.54,698/- (Rupees Fifty Four Thousand Six Hundred and Ninety Eight Rupees only) towards his father treatment for "CKD on MHD" for the period from 19-08-2020 to 28-09-2020 at Medica Super Specialty Hospital, Kolkata.
3.The Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs.54,698/- (Rupees Fifty Four Thousand Six Hundred and Ninety Eight Rupees only) to Sri Kallol Biswas, IFS., Joint Secretary to Government, Higher Education Department towards his father treatment for "CKD on MHD" for the period from 19-08-2020 to 28-09-2020 at Medica Super Specialty Hospital, Kolkata.
4.The expenditure sanctioned at Para (3) above shall be debited to "2251- Secretariat- Social Services-(090)-Secretariat-(04)-Higher Education Department-010-Salaries-117-Medical expenditure".
5.The Higher Education (OP Claims) Department is requested to draw and disburse the amount to the individual.
6.This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per the existing rules in force.
