1.Under Rule 10 (a) of A.P.State & Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, Sri D.Devananda Reddy, Joint Director of School Education, is temporarily promoted to the post of Additional Director of School Education under Category 1(a) of Class I of A.P. Educational Service Rules in the scale of pay of Rs.61450 - 1560 - 63010 - 1660 - 67990 - 1760 - 73270 - 1880 - 78910 - 2020 - 84970 - 2160 - 91450 - 2330 -100770 - 2520 - 105810 in the Revised Pay Scales, 2015, with immediate effect.
2.On promotion, Sri D.Devananda Reddy, Additional Director of School Education is posted as Director of Public Libraries, A.P., Mangalagiri.
3.The promotion ordered in para 1 above is purely on temporary basis and the incumbent is liable to be reverted at any point of time without any notice and assigning reasons therefor.
4.The promotion is subject to outcome of Court Cases, if any, pending before the Hon'ble High Court of A.P./Supreme Court of India.
5.Sri D.Devananda Reddy should join in the new post within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order, failing which he shall automatically forfeit his right for promotion, as per the existing rules in force.
6.The Director of School Education, A.P., shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly.
