AP Go-Number.172 Deputy Director of School Education

1.In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of School Education, A.P. in the reference 4th read above and after careful examination of the matter, Government hereby order that the waiting period from 07.11.2018 to 29.05.2019 in respect of Sri M.Ramalingam, Deputy Director, shall be treated as Compulsory Wait in terms of FR 9(6)(b), during which he has waited for posting in the School Education Department.

2.The Director of School Education, A.P., shall take necessary action accordingly.

3.This order issues with the concurrence of Finance(HR.IV- FR&LR)Dept. vide their U.O.No.1190637/HR.IV-FR&LR/FIN01- HR0CRSR(CW)/118/2020 dated 18.08.2020.
