1.In the circumstances stated by the Special Commissioner of Intermediate Education, A.P., vide Letter 2nd read above, Govt., after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord permission to the Special Commissioner of Intermediate Education, A.P., for renewal of the services of 47 Part - Time Junior Lecturers working on Minimum Time Scale and 05 Part Time Lecturers working on Hourly basis in General Stream in Govt. Junior Colleges in the State, for the academic year 2020-2021 for a period of 10 months in lieu of 12 months, with a break of 10 days for those posts, which are being operated against the vacant sanctioned posts till 31.03.2021 or till filling up of the posts, whichever is earlier.
2.The Special Commissioner of Intermediate Education, A.P., shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly.
3.This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (FMU.SE) Department vide their U.O.No.FIN01-FMU0ASD(SE)/22/2019-FMU-SE, dt.11.08.2020 with Computer No.948375.
