AP Go-Number.165 Relaxation of Rule Permission Accorded Notification For School Education

1.In the reference read above, the Secretary, BIE., A.P., has furnished the proposal on the request of the Management of Kurnool's Amaravati Junior College, Kurnool for shifting of their College from D.No.46/87-55, Budhawarpet, Kurnool to D.No.5-3/A, Pampally Road, Allagadda, Kurnool District and change of the Society / Management from SNR Educational Society, Kurnool to Vindya Educational Society, Allagadda, Kurnool District.
2. In this context, the Secretary, BIE., has stated that the shifting of Kurnool's Amaravati Junior College, Kurnool from Budhawarpet, Kurnool to Pampally Road, Allagadda, Kurnool District i.e. from one Mandal to another Mandal is not in accordance with Rule 14 (3) of G.O.Ms.No.29, Education (Rules) Department, dated:5-2-1987. He further stated that as per the latest census the Allagadda Nagar Panchayat population is 87038. There is a viability for 11 Junior Colleges in Allagadda. At present there are 8 junior colleges functioning in Allagadda, Kurnool District. Hence there is viability to sanction 3 more junior colleges in Allagadda Nagar Panchayat. The management has intended to transfer the College to other management i.e. Vindya Educational Society, Allagadda, Kurnool District. The Management of Vindya Educational Society has provided 8302 Sq.ft RCC accommodation in ground floor and other infrastructure facilities including fire safety certificate.
