1.In the G.O. 4th read above, Dr. B.Srinivasa Rao, Lecturer in Physics, Loyola Degree College, Pulivendula, Kadapa District, has been posted as Project Officer, SSA, Vizianagaram District, in relaxation of the orders issued in G.O. 1st read above, under Foreign Service terms and conditions on deputation basis, initially for a period of one year from the date of taking charge of the post. In the reference 5th read above, he has been transferred and posted as Project Officer, SSA, Srikakulam District.
2.The Collector, Srikakulam, vide Lr.6th read above, has stated that the disciplinary action has been initiated against Dr. B. Srinivasa Rao, PO, SSA, Srikakulam, for his gross indiscipline and negligence in performing his duties and requested to ratify the action in having initiation of disciplinary proceedings against him and also surrendered the services of the individual to the Government.
3.The State Project Director, A.P. Samagra Shiksha, vide Lr.8th read above, has requested to repatriate the services of the Accused Officer to his parent dept. i.e. Higher Education Department, for initiation of disciplinary action against him for the irregularities committed by him.
4.The Govt. vide 9th read above, have directed the State Project Director, APSS., to call for the Written Explanation of the Accused Officer, before initiating disciplinary action under CCA rules, and furnish remarks on the representation of the individual to Government for taking further necessary action in the matter.
5.The State Project Director, APSS, vide Lr.10th read above, had directed the individual Accused Officer to submit his written explanation, on the various allegations levelled against him, as mentioned therein. The Accused Officer vide reference 11th read above, has submitted his explanation, stating that he had not violated any rules and requested to consider his plea. The State Project Director, A.P. Samagra Shiksha, vide reference 12th read above, had submitted report along with the explanation submitted by the Accused Officer.
6.Government have carefully examined the report of the State Project Director, A.P. Samagra Shiksha, and the written explanation of the Accused Officer, and hereby drop further action against Dr. B.Srinivasa Rao, the then Addl. Project Coordinator, APSS, Srikakulam (nomenclature of the Project Officer, SSA has been changed as Addl. Project Coordinator, Samagra Shiksha) and warn him to be more careful in future.
7.Further, Government also repatriate the services of Dr. B.Srinivasa Rao, former Addl. Project Coordinator, APSS, Srikakulam to the parent department of O/o C.C.E., A.P., with direction to report before the competent authority with immediate effect, for further posting orders.
8.The State Project Director, APSS and the Spl. Commissioner of Collegiate Education, shall take further necessary action in the matter accordingly and the date of relief from the A.P. Samagra Shiksha, and the date of report to the O/o Commissioner of Collegiate Education, A.P., shall be reported to the Government, for information and record.
