1.In the circumstances reported by the State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha, A.P., vide letter 7th read above, together with letter 9th read above, Government, after examining the matter, hereby transfer Sri K. Tilak Vidya Sagar, presently working as Addl. Project Coordinator, Samagra Siksha, Kurnool District and posted as Addl. Project Coordinator, Samagra Shiksha, Ananthapuramu District in the existing vacancy. Sri K.Venu Gopal, Lecturer (Chemistry), Govt. Degree College, Pathikonda, Kurnool District is posted as Addl. Project Coordinator, Samagra Shiksha, Kurnool District in arising vacancy under Foreign Service terms and conditions on deputation basis, initially for a period of one year or till further orders issued by the Government whichever is earlier from the date of taking charge of the post in relaxation of the orders issued in G.O.5th read above.
2.The State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha, AP who is the borrowing authority shall pay salary and pension contribution to the parent Department of the above officer on deputation, as per the orders issued in G.O.2nd read above, as Sarva Siksha Abhiyan is getting more than 50% grant from the Government of India funds.
3.The Spl. Commissioner of Collegiate Education, A.P. shall relieve Dr. Kuruba Venu Gopal, Lecturer in Chemistry, Govt. Degree College, Pathikonda, to enable him to join as Addl. Project Coordinator, Samagra Shiksha, Kurnool District on deputation basis.
4.The State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha, A.P. / the Spl. Commissioner of Collegiate Education, A.P. / the District Collectors, Kurnool & Ananthapuramu shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly and intimate the date of joining of the officer to the Government.
