1.In the circumstances reported by the Special Commissioner of Collegiate Education, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada in the reference 1st read above, Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby order transfer of Smt.Shajidabi Shaik, Lecturer in Botany, Government Degree College, Porumamilla, Kadapa District to either K.V.R. Government Degree College (W), Kurnool, or Government Degree College (M), Kurnool on spouse grounds in the existing vacancy in relaxation of rules for ban on transfers.
2.The individual is not eligible for TTA and joining time as the transfer is effected for her request.
3.The Special Commissioner of Collegiate Education, A.P., Vijayawada shall take further action to post the individual in any one of the existing vacancy of the above said colleges in Kurnool.
4.This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance Dept. vide their U.O. No. HROPDPP (TRPO) / 333/ 2020 (computer.No.1239706) dated: 24/09/2020
