1.In the GO 1st read above, Sri Sarva Srinivasa Rao, Advocate was appointed as Presenting Officer to present the case on behalf of the disciplinary authority in support of articles of charges framed against Sri M. Ramalingam, the then DEO, Nellore.
2.Sri Sarva Srinivasa Rao, Advocate & Presenting Officer, has filed a representation before the GA (COI-JS), claiming an amount of Rs. 11100/- (Rupees eleven thousand and one hundred only) towards remuneration. In the ref. 2nd read above, the GA (COI- JS) Department while forwarding the bill claimed by Sri Sarva Srinivasa Rao, Advocate & Presenting Officer, stated that the amount claimed is found to be correct and requested to take necessary action for sanction of the said amount of Rs. 11100/- to the individual.
3.After careful examination of the matter, Government hereby accord sanction for payment of an amount of Rs. 11100/- (Rupees eleven thousand and one hundred only) towards remuneration of Sri Sarva Srinivasa Rao, Advocate & Presenting Officer, who presented the case before the Commissioner of Inquiries, on behalf of disciplinary authority.
4.The expenditure sanctioned in para (3) above shall be met from the Head of Account "2251 - Secretariat Social Services - 090 - Secretariat - 018 - School Education Department - 280 - Professional Services - 281 - Pleader fees".
5.The Education(SE-OP) Department shall draw and credit the amount sanctioned in para (3) above to SB A/c No. 30003694402, State Bank of India (04354)-PBB, IFS Code No. SBIN0004354, MCIR Code No.500002083 of Sri Sarva Srinivasa Rao, Advocate.
6.This orders does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per rules in force.
