1.In the letter read above, the Registrar, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University-Ananthapuramu has informed that Sri Y. Anthony Reddy, Workshop Artisan, JNTUA CE Anantapuramu expired on 15.08.2019 while in service. Smt. P.Sobha Rani, W/o.(Late) Y.Anthony Reddy in her application dated 27.09.2019 has applied for compassionate appointment in JNTUA CE Anantapuramu as Junior assistant. As per the SSC Certificate, she has completed the age 47 years and 3 months as on the date of demise of her spouse. The Registrar, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University-Ananthapuramu has requested the Government for compassionate appointment to the deceased wife as Junior Assistant in relaxation of upper age limit.
2.Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby permit the Registrar, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University-Ananthapuramu to appoint Smt.P.Shobha Rani, W/o.(Late) Y.Anthony Reddy, Workshop Artisan, JNTU-A College of Engineering, Ananthapuramu as Junior Assistant under compassionate grounds by relaxing the upper age limit in relaxation of rule 12(1)(b)(iii) of A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996.
3.The Registrar, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University-Ananthapuramu shall take necessary further action accordingly.
