In the exercise of the powers conferred under schedule-100 of Educational Act, 1982 and after careful examination of the matter, the Government hereby accord permission for Change of Management of Adarsh Degree College, Chinamusidiwada, Pendurthi, Visakhapatnam from St.Xavier's Educational Society, gannaikpur, Kakinada, EastGodavari District to Bethel Christian Educational Society, Ram Vinayagar Residency, CBM Compound Visakhapatnam in terms of Rule 14(4) of G.O.Ms.No.29, Higher Education, dated: 05.02.1987 read with G.O.Ms.No.35, Higher Education Department, dated: 25.04.2007 subject to the following conditions
