1.The Hon'ble Spl. Judge for SPE & ACB Cases, Vijayawada have pronounced judgment on 29-7-2016 in CC No.1/2007 convicting Sri Adireddy Satyanarayana, former Physical Director, Mahatma Gandhi Govt. Junior College, Narayanapuram, West Godavari District and the Director General, A.C.B., AP, Vijayawada, vide reference 1st read above requested the Government to withhold the pensionary benefits of the accused under A.P. Revised Pension Rules, 1980.
2.Accordingly, Government, vide reference 2nd read above, have imposed the penalty of withholding of hundred percent(100%) pension, death-cum- retirement gratuity and all other pensionary benefits including leave encashment etc., in full and permanently on Sri Adireddy Satyanarayana, former Physical Director, Mahatma Gandhi Govt. Junior College, Narayanapuram, West Godavari District and Physical Director(Retd.), SAS Govt. Degree College, Narayanapuram, West Godavari District, besides recovery of misappropriated amount of Rs.3,25,000/-(Rupees Three Lakh Twenty Five Thousand only) under the Andhra Pradesh Revenue Recovery Act, 1864. Consequently, the payment of provisional pension was also rescinded.
