1.Sri Kallol Biswas, IFS, Joint Secretary, Higher Education Department, in his application 1st read above, has requested for sanction of medical reimbursement claim of Rs.39,035/- (Rupees thirty nine thousand and thirty five only) for his father treatment for Kidney Dialysis during the period from 06-04-2020 to 22-05-2020 at Medical Super specialty Hospital, Kolkata.
2.The Civil Surgeon Specialist, Government Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Velagapudi has scrutinized the medical bills and allowed net admissible amount of Rs.39,035/- for reimbursement to the individual.
3.After careful consideration of the matter, sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of Rs.39,035/- (Rupees thirty nine thousand and thirty five only) to Sri Kallol Biswas, IFS, Joint Secretary, Higher Education Department for his father treatment for Kidney Dialysis during the period from 06-04-2020 to 22-05-2020 at Medical Super Specialty Hospital, Kolkata.
4.The expenditure sanctioned at Para (3) above shall be debited to "2251- Secretariat- Social Services-(090)-Secretariat-(04)-Higher Education Department- 010-Salaries-117-Medical expenditure".
5.The Higher Education (OP Claims) Department is requested to draw and disburse the amount to the individual.
6.This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per the existing rules in force.
