AP Go-Number.125 Medical Grounds as a Special Case for School Education

1.In the circumstances reported in the reference 3rd read above and after careful examination of the matter, Government hereby order to effect the transfer of Sri A. Raghupathi, Principal, Government Junior College (Girls), Nagari, Chittoor District to Government Junior College (Girls), Puttur, Chittoor District on medical grounds, as a special case in relaxation of orders issued in the G.Os 1st & 2nd read above.

2.The individual is not eligible for drawl of T.T.A./D.A/Joining Time etc., since the transfer is ordered at his own request.

3.The Special Commissioner of Intermediate Education, AP, Guntur shall take further necessary action in the matter, accordingly.

4.This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance (HR.I-Plg.& Policy)Department vide their U.O.No.HROPDPP(TRPO)/327/2019 (C.No.986300), Dated:24.06.2020.
