1.Sri Kallol Biswas, IFS., Joint Secretary to Government, Higher Education Department, in his application, requested for sanction of medical reimbursement claim of Rs.17,062/- (Rupees Seventeen thousands and sixty two only) incurred towards purchase of medicines for self treatment of hypertension.
2.The Civil Surgeon Specialist, Government Civil Dispensary, Andhra Pradesh Secretariat, Velagapudi scrutinized the medical bills and allowed net admissible amount of Rs.17,062/- (Rupees Seventeen thousands and sixty two only) incurred towards purchase of medicines for self treatment of hypertension.
3.The Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby accords sanction for an amount of Rs.17,062/- (Rupees Seventeen thousands and sixty two only) incurred towards purchase of medicines for self for treatment of hypertension to Sri Kallol Biswas IFS., Joint Secretary to Government, Higher Education Department.
4.The expenditure sanctioned at Para (3) above shall be debited to "2251- Secretariat- Social Services-(090)-Secretariat-(04)-Higher Education Department- 010-Salaries-117-Medical expenditure".
5.The Higher Education (OP Claims) Department is requested to draw and disburse the amount to the individual.
6.This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per the existing rules in force.
