1.In the reference 1st read above, the Commissioner of School Education, A.P. has requested to release an amount of Rs.11,88,000 ( Rupees Eleven Lakhs Eighty Eight Thousand only) to settle the pending bills of participation of AP School teams in Nationals.
2.In the reference 2nd read above, Finance Dept. have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.11,88,000 /- (Rupees Eleven lakh Eighty Eight Thousand only) from the BE provision 2020-21 to settle the pending bills of participation of AP School teams in Nationals.
3.In pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance Department, Government hereby accord administrative sanction to the Commissioner of School Education, A.P. for an amount of Rs.11,88,000 /-(Rupees Eleven lakh eighty eight thousand) from the BE provision 2020-21 to settle the pending bills of participation of AP School teams in Nationals under the following head of accounts:

4.The Commissioner of School Education, A.P. / the State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha, A.P. shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly and submit progress of the utilization of funds to Government from time to time.
