AP Go-Number.123 Retired from the service for School Educaion

1.In the circumstances reported in the reference read above and after careful consideration of the matter, Government hereby accord sanction for payment of provisional pension @ 75% of normal pension entitlement to Sri T. Swarajya Babu, Assistant Director (Rtd), o/o District Educational Officer, West Godavari Dist. Eluru, from the next date of his retirement, pending finalization of criminal / disciplinary proceedings against him, under rule 52(1) (a) of AP Revised Pension Rules, 1980.

2. The Commissioner of School Education, is directed to take further necessary action accordingly, in the matter.
