1.Sri D.Nagabhushana Rao, Assistant Secretary to Government, Higher Education Department, in his application 1st read above, has requested for sanction of medical reimbursement claim of Rs.2,596/- (Rupees two thousands five hundred and ninety six only) towards Osteoarthritis both shoulders and knees for investigations for purchase of medicines for his wife.
2.The Civil Surgeon Specialist, Government Civil Dispensary, Andhra Pradesh Secretariat, Velagapudi has scrutinized the medical bills and allowed net admissible amount of Rs.2,331/- (Rupees Two thousands three hundred and thirty one only) for reimbursement to the individual.
3.The Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs.2,331/- (Rupees Two thousands three hundred and thirty one only) to Sri D.Nagabhushana Rao, Assistant Secretary to Government, Higher Education Department towards Osteoarthritis both shoulders and knees for investigations for purchase of medicines for his wife.
4.The expenditure sanctioned at Para (3) above shall be debited to "2251- Secretariat- Social Services-(090)-Secretariat-(04)-Higher Education Department- 010-Salaries-117-Medical expenditure".
5.The Higher Education (OP Claims) Department is requested to draw and disburse the amount to the individual.
6.This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per the existing rules in force.
