AP Go-Number.115 Medical Reimbursement claim in respect for School Education

1.In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of School Education, A.P., Ibrahimpatnam in the reference 3rd read above and after careful consideration of the matter, hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs.51,247/- (Rupees Fifty One Thousand Two Hundred Forty Seven Only) to Sri Adiandhra Radha Krishna, SGT, MPPS, T.D. Palli, Lepakshi Mandal, Ananthapur District, net admissible amount as scrutinized by CEO, Dr.NTRVST, Guntur, towards his son's treatment for "Septicemia" during the period 03.07.2017 to 12.07.2017 at Ramaiah Memorial Hospital, Bangalore, which is not recognized by the Government of A.P., in relaxation of APIMA Rules, 1972.

2.The expenditure sanctioned in para-1 above shall be debited to the relevant Head of Account.

3.The Commissioner of School Education, A.P., shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly. The bills in original are returned herewith.

4.This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (FMU.HM&FW) Department vide their U.O.No.FMU0PC(HMF1)/189/2019, dated:18.04.2020 (Computer No.909123).
