1.In the circumstances reported by the Secretary, APREI Society, Guntur in the reference 4th read above and after careful examination of the scrutiny report of the Superintendent, Government General Hospital, Guntur. Government, in relaxation of APIMA Rules, 1972, hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs.17,855/- (Rupees Seventeen Thousand Eight hundred Fifty Five Only) to Sri T.Yerraiah, Kitchen Helper (MPW) Retired, APR (Boys) Gyarampalli, Chittoor District towards his wife treatment for "Abdominal Hysterectomy" during the period from 12.11.2018 to 16.11.2018 at Lotus Emergency Hospital, Tirupati, which is not recognized by the Government of A.P.
2.The expenditure sanctioned in para-1 above shall be debited to the relevant Head of Account.
3.The Secretary, A.P. Residential Educational Institutions Society, Guntur shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly. The bills in original are returned herewith.
4.This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (FMU-HM&FW) Department vide their U.O.No.FIN01-FMU0PC(HMF1)/308/2019, dated:18.03.2020 (Computer No.961683).
