AP Go-Number.105 formerly worked as Deputy Educational Officer for School Education

1.In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of School Education, AP in his letter read above and after careful consideration of the matter, Government hereby accord sanction for payment of provisional pension @ 75% of normal pension entitlement to Sri A. Dayanandam, MEO (Rtd), SN Padu (Mandal), Prakasam District and formerly worked as Deputy Educational Officer (FAC), Ongole, Prakasam District from the next date of his retirement, pending finalization of criminal disciplinary proceedings against him, under rule 52(1) (a) of the Andhra Pradesh Revised Pension Rules,1980.

2.The Commissioner of School Education, AP, is requested to take further necessary action accordingly, in the matter.
