1.In the reference 1st read above, the Commissioner of School Education, A.P. has requested to arrange for payment of Rs.14,84,77,031-28 towards payment of pending bills to M/S Analogics India Tech Limited under the Aadhar enabled Biometric attendance devices.
2.In the ref. 2nd read above, Budget Release Order has been issued for an amount of Rs.14,85,00,000/- (Rupees Fourteen Crores Eighty Five Lakhs only) as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the Current Financial Year, 2020-2021 towards payment of pending bills to M/S Analogics India Tech Limited under the Aadhar enabled Biometric attendance devices.
3.In pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued by the Govt. vide G.O.2nd read above, Government hereby accord administrative sanction to the C.S.E., for an amount of Rs.14,85,00,000/- ( Rupees Fourteen Crores Eighty Five Lakhs only) as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the Current Financial Year, 2020-2021 towards payment of pending bills to M/S Analogics India Tech Limited under the Aadhar enabled Biometric attendance devices under the following head of account - 4202 - 01-202 - 11 - 04 - 520 - 521.
4.The C.S.E., A.P. shall take necessary action in the matter, accordingly and submit progress of the utilization of funds to the Government from time to time.
