AP Go-Number.01 Sanction of provisional pension For School Education

1.In the circumstances reported vide Lr. read above and after careful consideration of the matter, under rule 52(1)(a) of A.P. Revised Pension Rules,1980, Government hereby accord sanction for payment of provisional pension @ 75% of normal pension entitlement to Sri B.J. Pushpa Raju, Assistant Director (Model Schools) (Rtd) o/o District Educational Officer, Ananthapuram, AP, from the next date of his retirement, pending finalization of disciplinary proceedings against him.

2.The Director of School Education, AP, is requested to take further necessary action accordingly, in the matter.
