The percentile score and rank are included in the TS ICET result, as well as marks in math, analytical abilities, and communication.The cut-off score for qualifying is 25%. As a result, candidates who receive more than 50 out of 200 points in the TS ICET 2021 can participate in counselling based on their TS ICET 2021 rank.
If the mark in TS ICET-2021 after normalisation goes below zero (negative), the mark is treated as zero for applicants for whom there is no qualifying cut-off in TSICET-2021. If the tie remains, TSICET-2021 normalisation marks (even if negative) are used to break the tie.
TS ICET 2021 Tie-Breaking
If two or more candidates score the same in the TS ICET, the conducting body will use the following rules to break the tie.- To begin with, candidates who scored higher in Section A are given preference.
- If the tie cannot be broken, the candidate's marks in Section B are taken into account.
- If there is still a tie, the candidate's age is taken into account. Candidates with older age are given advantage over those who are younger.
- Candidates admitted under special reservation categories such as PH, NCC, Sports and Games, Children of Armed Personnel (CAP) seats, Statewide colleges, and Minority institutions are not included in the final rank statement.
- Every precaution has been taken to ensure that the information presented is correct. The ranks displayed are at the conclusion of the Web Counseling process and do not reflect dropouts or spot admissions.
- The statement shall be used solely for the purpose of evaluating candidates' mode of choice and shall not represent the rank up to which a seat can be granted in the current academic year.
- The specified ranks, including those allotted in response to Consequential Vacancies that developed during the last round of Allotment.

Ques.1- How many marks should I get in ICET?
Ans.1- As per the eligibility criteria of TS ICET 2021, general category candidates are required to have atleast 50 percent mark. While the reserved category candidates can apply with 45 percent marks only.

Ans.2- It is not possible to take admission for MBA in any regular college without having to appear for the entrance exam. However some distance education colleges may give you admission.
