The AP ICET 2023 counselling registration period spans from September 8 to 20, 2023. From September 9 to 16, 2023, as part of the counselling procedure, candidates will be required to verify their certificate. Subsequently, from September 19 to 21, 2023, they will make their web options selection for seat preferences

The first phase of admissions is crucial as it sets the stage for the entire admission process. Candidates eagerly await this schedule to plan their application submissions, exam preparations, and other related activities.

Key highlights of the AP ICET 1st Phase Admission Schedule 2023 include:

Notification Release: The official notification for AP ICET 2023 will be released on [07-09-2023], providing candidates with detailed information about the exam, eligibility criteria, and application procedure.

Application Period: The application window will open from [08-09-2023] to [14-09-2023]. Applicants must ensure they submit their applications within this timeframe.

Prospective students are advised to keep a close eye on the official AP ICET website and regularly check for updates to avoid missing any important deadlines. With the release of the 1st Phase Admission Schedule, the journey towards higher education in Andhra Pradesh officially begins.

The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) will conduct the APICET 2023 Counseling in an online or web-based format tentatively in June. Candidates who achieve a minimum score of 25% in the exam and qualify for the APICET 2023 exam are eligible to participate in the AP ICET 2023 Counseling process.

AP ICET Seat Allocation

To take part in AP ICET Counselling 2023, candidates must first register and then follow the specified procedure. After completing the registration process, all eligible candidates for the AP ICET must pay the AP ICET Counselling fee online and attend for certification verification. Candidates must check their documents at any of the approved Helpline Centers (HLCs) within the timeframe allowed by APSCHE as part of AP ICET Counselling 2023.

AP ICET 2023 Counselling Rounds

There will be multiple rounds of counselling for the AP ICET 2023 exam. The number of vacancies determines the number of rounds after the second or third round of counselling. A college wise seat allotment order will be issued after each round of counselling. By paying the requisite admission fee, candidates can confirm their seats.

AP ICET 2023 Counselling Process

Payment of Processing Fee : Candidates must pay the processing fee before the certificate verification process for the AP ICET 2023 counselling process. Candidates will be required to pay via debit, credit card, or net banking in order to participate.Candidates should be aware that paying the AP ICET 2023 processing fee is mandatory, and that after completing the payment, they must print off the payment receipt, which will be required at the time of document verification.

Document Verification: At the help centres, all shortlisted candidates must go through the document verification process.A candidate must register for the document verification process in order to do so. At the help centre, you can complete the registration process.Candidates are invited to the registration counter, where they fill out the registration form, which is then submitted.

After completing the registration process, a candidate must wait for the name to be called. After a time has passed, the candidate will be invited to the verification counter, where he or she will be required to provide their original certificates to the appointed authority.The candidate's original certificates are checked in front of them and returned to them right away.

Exercising options : Candidates who have completed document verification are eligible to participate in AP ICET 2023 counselling and exercise their options. The candidate can fill in the various district codes, college codes, and course codes for their desired colleges in the order of preference on an option entry form.

Seats are assigned based on the candidate's preferences and the availability of colleges.Any reservations that apply are also taken into account. A candidate can choose from as many or as few options as they want. Candidates are also advised not to fill in any choices in which they are interested, as they may be assigned the same.

Process for exercising web options : Candidates must go to the official website of the AP ICET to exercise their options in the web-based counselling. Then, using the Candidate Registration link, they must create a password.They can now proceed to AP ICET counselling for Option Entry.

The candidate receives a login ID for the same on their registered mobile number.Candidates must check in to the portal using their Login ID, Hall Ticket Number, Password, and Date of Birth. In order to exercise options, the candidate must proceed to the Option Entry Form.

Seats Allotment : Seats will be allocated on the date specified in the notification based on category, merit, locality, sex, special reservation category, and other factors.Candidates must use "Candidate Login" to obtain the allotment order.

Only those candidates who have successfully completed the counselling process will be admitted.Candidates must report to the college to which they have been allotted with the allotment order letter. The original documents of the candidates' academic qualifications must be submitted. Candidates must also pay the admission fee.
