This is the first opportunity a student gets in his/her life to take a decision by their choice. Hence a student must be very careful in taking the right decision. The following are few tips by us for the students to make the best choice.

Choose what you love to study not what gives you more income

Many students’ common factor while choosing their course is which course will earn them more income. Students must avoid this type of thought first. Because at the time when one starts earning income and is not interested in doing the work assigned to him/her, he/she cannot focus on the work and career may be in risk. Hence, simple rule to avoid these type of situations in the future is to begin with what one loves and follow his/her passion.

Identify the Right Career Choice

A student need to identify which of his/her interest areas can offer him/her good opportunities, in which he/she can build a lasting career. Students can take help of professional career counsellors who can help him/her analyse his/her skills and help him/her choose the right career option.

If a student is good at mathematics and science subjects, then it will be good to opt for science stream. If a student is good at languages and social sciences, then it is good to opt for art stream. So, it is very important to make sure for a student to know his/her strength/weakness.
