IT Jobs for 2nd Year Inter Students through:

Important Instructions for Applicants

• Mathematics/Business Mathematics is mandatory with min 60% marks for IT roles only
• Applicants must be Indian residents who have successfully passed the class 12th board exams in 2022 or 2023
• In case of 2 mark sheets (original and Improvement) being produced by the applicant for the same class i.e. class 12th, all subjects with the latest marks will be considered for calculating percentage or above irrespective of any board recommendations
• TechBee is offered by HCL Training & Staffing Services (HCL TSS) which is a subsidiary of HCLTech and an approved training partner of National Skill Development Corporation and pursuant to that our services are exempted from GST vide notification No.12/2017 -Central Tax (Rate) dt 28-06-2017
• Applicants with 80 percentile & above in IIT/JEE mains (2023) will be exempt from HCL CAT. They can directly appear for Versant and interviews. The cut-off marks criteria for class 12th will be applicable for all
• Candidates registering for the TechBee program must provide the correct details at the time of registration. If you can't complete your registration, please reach out to our team for support. We strongly discourage duplicate registrations using different email IDs and phone numbers. If duplicate registration details are found during any stage of the application process, your candidature is likely to be cancelled.

Minimum qualifying Class 12th marks across the boards

• 75%: Andhra Pradesh, NIOS, Tamil Nadu, Telangana
• 70%: CBSE, ISC, Orissa, Karnataka
• 65%: Assam, Goa, Gujarat, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Punjab
• 60%: Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Jammu and Kashmir, Maharashtra, Mizoram, Rajasthan, Tripura, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, West Bengal, Jharkhand
• IB curriculum: Aggregate score of 28 with a minimum 4 in every course.

Program Duration: 12 Months

Stipend: ₹ 10,000 per month during internship

Starting Salary: ₹ 2.2 Lakh per annum for IT roles

HCL's Early Career Program:

Students who join TechBee – HCL's Early Career Program undergo 12 months of intensive training post which they start their careers in Application & Software Development, Infrastructure Management Support, Design Engineer, etc. This career path has been designed to give an early-start advantage to the students. In 5 years time, students will have 4 years of professional IT experience with a global organization and simultaneously a degree from prestigious institutions like BITS Pilani, IIM Nagpur, IIIT Kottayam, Amity University Online, KL University or SASTRA University.

Career Path:

• Classroom Training:Candidates undergo 6 to 9 months of rigorous classroom training, during which they learn the fundamentals of IT, including programing languages and relevant industry tools, processes and certifications. The amalgamation of technical training along with communication and personal grooming lessons ensures that HCL TechBee scholars metamorphose into industry-ready working professionals.
• On-The-Job Training:The next 3 to 6 months of the program are focused towards On-the-Job Training where candidates work on live projects at HCLTech, and become ready for their full-time roles. Scholars who successfully complete HCL TechBee Program join HCLTech as IT Engineers.
• Higher Education:While working as a full-time employee at HCLTech, candidate enroll in work-integrated higher education program. HCLTech has partnered with Amity University Online, IIM Nagpur, BITS Pilani, IIIT Kottayam, KL University and SASTRA University to offer industry recognized higher education programs, through E-learning curriculums.

• BITS Pilani:The Birla Institute of Technology & Science, BITS Pilani is an all-India Institute for higher education. • KL University:The Koneru Lakshmaiah Charities was established as a trust in the year 1980 with its official address at Museum road, Governorpet, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh 520 002 and started KL College of Engineering in the Academic year 1980-81. KL College of Engineering was upgraded to KL College of Engineering Autonomous in 2006 by UGC, and was declared as a Deemed to be University in 2009 by UGC, MHRD Govt.of India. In 2012 as a Deemed to be University the institution was accredited by NAAC with A Grade and later in 2018, was re-accredited by NAAC with A++ grade. In 2019 UGC, MHRD declared this intuition as Category I Institution.
