IIIT Hyderabad has made available application forms for admission to UG programmes via UGEE and SPEC. The application deadline for UGEE and SPEC 2023 is March 31, 2023. Candidates who are interested can apply online at iiit.ac.in. On May 6, 2023, the IIIT Hyderabad SPEC and UGEE 2023 exams will be held.
IIIT Hyderabad UGEE Eligibility Criteria:
Admission to IIIT Hyderabad for 2023 is currently open. The institute admits students to its various UG, PG, and Research programmes based on their performance in the entrance examination. JEE Main or UGEE entrance scores are required for admission to IIIT Hyderabad's flagship programme, B.Tech.
Students with an aggregate of 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Maths in 12th class are eligible to apply for B.Tech.
The Institute level Engineering entrance exam is the IIITH UGEE 2023. The IIITH UGEE exam, which is organised by IIITH, is for admission to dual degree B.Tech and MS courses at IIIT Hyderabad. The International Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad (IIITH) recently announce the exam date and application form for the International Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad Undergraduate Entrance Examination (IIITH UGEE) 2023. IIIT Hyderabad UGEE Selection Criteria:
- Candidates who applied through JEE Main will be chosen based on the JEE Main cutoff published by the institute.
- The selection process for other modes of admission will be based on scores obtained in the institute's written test and personal interview.
- The IITH Admission Test is made up of a 60-minute Subject Proficiency Test. The curriculum would include 11th and 12th grade subjects.

IIIT Hyderabad Dual Degree (Lateral Entry) Admission 2023:
Lateral Entry Dual Degree Programs are available at IIIT Hyderabad in two specialisations: B Tech and MS by Research in CSE and Electronics and Communication Engineering. These courses are available for four years.

How to Apply for IIIT Hyderabad 2023:
- Go to the official website https://www.iiit.ac.in/ (or) Manabadi.co.in
- Find & Click on the Course 2023 link Tab
- Choose the program Now Click on it
- Now select the course and channel through which you are applying.
- Click on Application Link
- Register as a new user by providing email id and password.
- Login to your profile.
- Enter the Academic and personal details.
- Upload the scanned images of photograph and signature.
- Pay the application fee through net banking, credit card or debit card.

Ques.1- Is UGEE exam only for IIIT Hyderabad?
Ans.1- The Undergraduate Engineering Entrance Examination (UGEE) is conducted by IIIT Hyderabad for admission to 5-year B. Tech + MS Dual Degree programmes at IIIT Hyderabad. Ques.2- Is UGEE harder than mains?
Ans.2- It is simpler than Jee mains (SUPR) but the real challenge is to solve 50 QUESTION'S in just 60 minutes. If you have good speed and accuracy you can score very well in this section. So prepare well for JEE and you will clear it easily.

Ques.3- Is it easy to qualify UGEE?
Ans.3- The difficulty level UGEE is about same as Mains. For some, it may be easier due to the application based sections in the exam. However, after the written exam, there is an interview taken by the professors. Qualifying the written exam means you will be called for interview.
