Sohae facility:
Sohae is located on North Korea`s northwest coast. It is ostensibly a facility designed to put satellites into orbit. North Korea had promised to close the Sohae facility. The site was rebuilt after having partially dismantled it at the start of denuclearization talks with the United States 2018.
