(For Regular Candidates)

It is hereby notified to all the eligible Regular candidates of B.Sc. (ASLP) course of I ,II, III  years of Osmania University enrolled during the academic year 2007 - 2008 and appearing for the first time in the Annual examinations  April/May 2008, and for the ASLP IV year students enrolled for Internship during the Academic Year 2007-2008, that the last date for the payment of examination fee and submission of examination application forms at their respective college(s)  is as shown below:-

Fresh   I  year     candidates  who    are appearing   for  examinations  should   pay “Examination  Processing Fee of  Rs. 250/- in addition to the normal   examination fee (Only one time).  

NOTE:

1. The notification for those candidates who have appeared for supplementary examination, 2007  and failed  and  also  for  the candidates appearing in backlog papers, B.Sc (ASLP) I, II, III year will be issued separately as soon as the results of supplementary, 2007 examination are declared.  

2. The exact date of commencement of the examinations and detailed time-table will be notified later

3. The Principals/Directors are requested to inform their regular Students that the   examination fee & application forms will not be accepted after the due date.

4. The Examination application forms can be had from the respective Colleges/Director University   Press and Publications Osmania University, Hyderabad on payment from 05.01.2008 onwards.

5. The Examination fee once paid by the candidate will not be refunded or adjusted..

6. The Director, ALIYAVARJUNG National Institute for the Hearing,  Handicapped Secunderabad,  The Principal, SWEEKAR Rehabilitation Institute for Handicapped, Secunderabad , The Director, HELEN KELLER’S  Institute of Research & Rehabilitation for  the  Disabled Children, R.K.Puram,  Secunderabad,  The Principal   Sweekar  College,  Tandur are requested to:

   i. Collect the examination fee as per the schedule from the candidates at the college and send the same to this office through two consolidated demand drafts in the name of the Controller of Examinations, Osmania University, Hyderabad. In any case, Individual demand drafts submitted by the students will not be accepted.

ii. Submit all the application forms along with the prescribed examination fee in two separate Demand Drafts from any Nationalised bank, one with dated 28^th January 2008 for without late fee and other 2^nd February 2008  for  with  late  fee,  nominal  roll  sheets  in  triplicate on or before 6^th February 2008. A penal fee @500/- per faculty will be collected per day from the college on applications received after 6^th February 2008. The Demand Drafts with dates other than the dates indicated above will be panelized accordingly.

iii. Prepare the nominal rolls batch - wise and Hall Ticket Number - wise. The examination application forms submitted by the principal should tally with the nominal rolls. Any name without application cannot be considered.

iv. Instruct the students to enclose the Xerox copies of the memorandum of marks to verify the eligibility.

v. Send copies of affiliation orders issued to the colleges for the Academic year 2007-2008 and No objection Certificate from the Director, Academic Audit Cell, O.U.

vi. Forward only the Examination application forms of the candidates who have put in required percentage of attendance.
