Infrastructure

CAI is the Bench Mark institution with infrastructure on par with international Culinary schools in Europe and America.All the training kitchens are of simulated type and students get hands on exposure in these labs with individual stations to work.CAI has 8 food production labs,one training reataurant,computer lab,all the class rooms are fitted with the latest audio-visual equipments and a 100 seater library which is constantly upgraded with the latest books.

Activities

CAI has the credit of reprasenting India and Winning the Bronze Medal in the World Junior Chef Contest held in Dubai by the World Association of Chef's Societies.Apart from regular Curriculum CAI strongly believes in the overall grooming of the students by conducting regular workshops,guest Lecturers and also encouraging sports activities and cultural activities.
