Culinary Academy of India is really the best in the Culinary Arts education in India.After working with people from other culinary institutes one difference which is clearly seen is that the curriculum at CAI is fully hands on and no college can train students with a daily practice of a Five course pre-plated line for 300 people in the college.Being directly from the college it was never difficult to work in an internationl team that too with 3000 meals being cooked atleat three times a day. BRAND-CAI KEEP IT UP
