1.In the reference read above, the Finance FMU (SE) Dept. have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.45,54,36,666/- (Rupees forty five crore fifty four lakh thirty six thousand six hundred sixty six) as additional funds (CSS Rs.2732.62 lakhs +MSS Rs.1821.75 lakhs) in relaxation of Treasury control and quarterly relaxation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the C.F.Y.2019-20 as 2nd instalment towards the implementation interventions Secondary Education activities during the FY 2019-20.
2. In pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance (FMU. SE) Department, Government hereby accord administrative sanction to the Commissioner of School Education for an amount of Rs.45,54,36,666/- (Rupees forty five crore fifty four lakh thirty six thousand six hundred sixty six) as additional funds (CSS-Rs.2732.62 lakhs+MSS- Rs.1821.75 lakhs) in relaxation of Treasury control and quarterly relaxation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the C.F.Y.2019-20 as 2nd instalment towards the implementation interventions Secondary Education activities during the F.Y. 2019-20 under the following head of accounts :-
2202-02-109-06-11- 310/312 2202-02-109-12-11-310/3123. The Commissioner of School Education, Andhra Pradesh shall take further necessary action in the matter accordingly and submit progress of utilization of funds to Government from time to time.
