CMAT Exam 2024: Important Dates and Test Pattern
CMAT 2024 - Xavier Aptitude Test Exam:
The CMAT is a national-level entrance examination in India conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). It is usually held once a year, and it is an essential test for admission to various management programs, including MBA, PGDM, and similar courses.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the CMAT exam 2024 for admission to MBA/PGDM 2024-26 batch in the AICTE approved management institutes. CMAT 2024 exam is a national level test conducted annually, in online mode at multiple examination centres across India.

CMAT Eligibility 2024
Nationality:Candidate must be a citizen of India
Age limit:There is no upper age limit restriction for candidates who want to appear for CMAT Exam, however candidate must be of minimum 20 years of age.
Educational Qualifications:
The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Candidates appearing for the final year of their Bachelor’s Degree, whose result will be declared before the commencement of admission for the academic year 2024-25, can also apply for CMAT 2024.
CMAT Registration Fees
XAT Registration Fee is Rs. 2100. However, if you are applying for XLRI programmes, it will be Rs 200 per programme. The list of XLRI's programmes is as follows:
- CMAT Registration Fee :General (UR)) Male – Rs. 2000/- Female – Rs. 1000/-
- CMAT Registration Fee :Gen-EWS/ SC/ST/PwD /OBC-(NCL) Male – Rs. 1000/- Female – Rs. 1000/-.
- CMAT Others – Male – Rs. 1000/- Female – Rs. 1000/-.
CMAT Exam Pattern 2024
CMAT 2024 exam will be of 400 marks with a total of 100 questions. Candidates must refer to the CMAT 2024 exam pattern before sitting for the CMAT 2024 exam to strategically attempt the questions:
- Every correct answer will earn 4 marks.
- For each incorrect response, 1 mark will be deducted from the total score.
- Unanswered/un-attempted will be given no marks.
- In case a Question is dropped in CMAT 2024 exam due to some technical error, full marks shall be given to all the candidates irrespective of the fact who have attempted it or not.

Candidates seeking MBA 2024 admission must keep the following documents ready before filling out the XAT application form 2024.

- If you are a new user, you need to register on the official website.
- After logging in, complete the CMAT application form with accurate and updated information.
- Scan and upload the required documents, including your passport-sized photograph and signature.
- Pay the application fee through the available payment options.
- Choose centers that are convenient for you to travel to on the exam day.
- After successful submission, download and print the confirmation page.
